BET Trustee Allen has been photographing the Burnley Empire since the Trust took ownership of the historic venue, capturing its decorative details as the interior ages gracefully.

This photo captures the surviving decorative fibrous plasterwork designed by celebrated Architect Bertie Crewe. Remarkably much of the decretive design still remains for now.
